Using these uniquely feminine spiritual powers can move the physical energy blockages that underly illness, while creating a foundation of physical, emotional and spiritual health. Using guided meditation, movement, paired and group sharing, intuitive writing, drawing and visualization, Laurel creates compassionate experiences of the original powers in the 3 water chakras. In this all-female setting each participant can safely activate her:
